Construindo em um penhasco e com uma vista espetacular do mar Negro, o Casino Constança já foi o prédio mais luxuoso da Romênia. Mas desde 1990 ele está abandonado.
O edifício em art déco foi construído no começo do século 20 e sobreviveu a duas Guerras Mundiais. No seu auge, o cassino costumava receber a alta sociedade romena e europeia.

O local, nos arredores de Constança –importante cidade da Romênia por conta de seu porto–, já foi usado como um hospital durante a 2ª Guerra e durante o regime comunista na Europa oriental foi transformado em um restaurante.
O governo romeno estuda restauras as dependências do cassino e transformar o lugar numa atração turística.
